Customer Information

When placing an order, creating an account or contacting ENERA Ltd., you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, delivery address, billing details, email address and telephone number where required.

You must not use false, misleading, incomplete or third-party information without proper authorization. ENERA Ltd. may delay, cancel or refuse an order if the information provided appears to be incorrect, fraudulent, incomplete or impossible to verify.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. After placing an order, you may receive an automatic confirmation email. This email confirms that your order request has been received, but it does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.

ENERA Ltd. reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of incorrect product data, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, delivery limitations or any other reasonable commercial or legal reason.

Prices and Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, prices and availability. However, minor variations may occur, especially due to screen settings, lighting, handmade production details or natural material differences.

Prices may be changed without prior notice. The final price, delivery cost and available payment options are shown during checkout before the order is submitted.

Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. ENERA Ltd. does not store full payment card details on its own servers. Card payments, when available, are processed by secure third-party payment providers.

If you choose payment by bank transfer, your order will be processed after the funds have been received by ENERA Ltd. The product will be shipped within 72 hours after the payment has been received in our bank account, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

PayPal may be available as an additional payment method once it is activated on the website.

Delivery

Delivery times depend on the destination country, selected delivery method and order processing status. Estimated delivery times are provided for information only and may vary due to customs, courier delays, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. ENERA Ltd. is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect customer information.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer purchasing online, you may have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, unless an exception applies under applicable law.

Returned products must be unused, complete and returned with their original packaging, documents and accessories where possible. The customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or agreed with ENERA Ltd.

Warranty

ENERA watches are covered by the warranty conditions described on the Warranty page. Warranty coverage may depend on the product type, nature of the defect, maintenance history and proper use of the watch.

The warranty does not cover intentional damage, misuse, unauthorized repair attempts, normal wear of accessories or damage excluded by the applicable warranty conditions.

Prohibited Use

You must not use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with the website, bypass security systems, submit false orders, use stolen payment details or misuse customer service communication channels.

ENERA Ltd. may restrict access, cancel orders or take further action where website misuse, fraud, abuse or unlawful activity is suspected.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including texts, images, product names, logos, design elements, graphics and visual materials, belongs to ENERA Ltd. or its respective rights holders.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or use website materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission from ENERA Ltd.
