Warranty Coverage
All ENERA watches have a 10-year warranty. The warranty conditions are unique: to support our customers, ENERA provides free watch repairs during the warranty period, regardless of the cause of damage. This confirms the high quality and reliability of ENERA products.
All watch models are tested for shock resistance, water resistance and precision. The design of the watch crown is especially shock-resistant and protected by an invention patent. Thus, unintentional damage of the watch is considered a warranty case and entitles the customer to contact the manufacturer for assistance.
Warranty Conditions
Once every three years, your watch should be serviced by the manufacturer or an authorized service center. The warranty may be voided if the watch is found to have been deliberately damaged.
The warranty covers the watch only and does not cover the strap or packing box.
